Meet Tim & Kim

TIM LAWLESS

Tim founded Future Keys in 1985 with four friends from Minneapolis. His background has always been in business, having been a manufacturer’s representative for electrical products in Minnesota, North and South Dakota,

and Western Wisconsin for 32 years while also investing in the growth of Future Keys in Indiana and Michigan. After he sold his representative business, he and his wife Kim moved away from family, friends and their Minneapolis home in 2009, where the laser focus was on the accelerated growth and the culture of his Future Keys

Great Clips salons until retiring in 2022.

KIM MCNAIR LAWLESS

Kim grew up in the Health and Beauty industry and became an advocate of a healthy lifestyle. Though she rebelled against the industry for a short time when she was younger. Having gained 75 pounds she quickly returned and has spent years seeking out the connections among body,

mind, and spirit. Seeking a fuller understanding of Beauty, Health, and Wellness. Additionally, she has worked

as a personal trainer, a beauty/image consultant,

a marketing director, and a trainer for a nutritional company. After 10 years, she sold her Minneapolis spa, Litespa. Tim and Kim moved to Indiana, where she joined her husband’s company and the #FutureKeysFamily. Initially as a General Manager for 23 salons and led the training department. Kim was always focused on coaching and mentoring Team Members personal development and improvement. Kim’s passion is inspiring and helping others to be successful in achieving and Living their dreams.

The Future Keys Foundation has raised, matched & contributed almost half a million dollars in just the past 6 years.

Future Keys has donated almost a half million dollars, so far!

CROOKED CREEK

FOOD PANTRY

When the Founder of Crooked Creek Food Pantry retired as Partner in a world renowned Law Firm, he followed his passion of wanting to help provide and "feed people in need." The pantry has expanded almost every year since inception and is only limited by volunteers to help distribute the food charities provide.

For every $2 received, $10 in groceries & hygiene items can be delivered to hungry NW Indianapolis families & individuals facing difficult times.

The impact you make provides fresh, healthy produce, protein rich meats and dairy, as well as shelf-stable items allowing our clients to have nutritional choices and a healthy variety of foods.

NO RAIN NO RAINBOWS

AMITOLA CARE FARM

Everyone deserves to feel they are worthy, connected to themselves, others, and community. That is why No Rain No Rainbows was created and that is why we are committed to building Amitola Care Farm. Amitola Care Farm connects women and children to nature, animals, one another, work, the wider community and most importantly, themselves.

THE CABARET

The Future Keys Foundation sponsors a Broadway "star for a day." We sponsor a Broadway star to come in and perform at the Indianapolis Caberet AND to work with Ball State University students in an intensive, master performing workshop. Some of these students have actually made it to Broadway.

INDIANA REPERTORY THEATRE

Future Keys Foundation sponsors bus loads of students, from all around Indiana, providing them the opportunity to experience the arts for their first time. Live theatre connects us to meaningful issues in our lives and has the power to shape the human experience.

The mission of the Indiana Repertory Theatre is to produce top-quality, professional theatre and related activities, providing experiences that will engage, surprise, challenge, and entertain people throughout their lifetimes, helping us build a vital and vibrant community.
